Allen Heights Veterinary Hospital

      Jim started working as intern at Allen Heights back in  July 2009, while also attending Berkshire Community College. He graduated in December with a Certificate in Animal Care.  Jim  worked for Schweitzer Paper Company for 17 years  and after it closed he decided it was time for a career change.  He has always had a special intrest in animals and decided to persue it.  Jim has a wonderful dog named  "Elvis".   Elvis is a  4 year old beagle hound mix that Jim adopted from the Berkshire Humane Society back in 2006.   Jim has been a big help these past few months and we enjoy his willingness and motavation to learn.  After completing his Certificate Program in February he has now been hired as a part time veterinary assistant  with Allen Heights.
